I'm not sure what you are asking. The general consensus is that it is better to work out first thing because it revs up your metabolism for the rest of the day. Working out usually gives people a burst of energy that lasts for a good amount of time, so suggesting it in the morning is good for energy concerns and metabolism.
However, if you are more of a night person, then that's when you should work out.
It really doesn't matter as long as it works for YOU. I particularly like working out in the evening. But all times of day are fine.
