Just stop and look at your age, first then think about where you want to be in 10 years and does that involve this young man. If you can really see yourself in 10 years from now, married , a good job, children , a mortgage, bills , a couple of cars ! Well then I think you could really date this guy long distance. ';BUT'; if you are thinking hey do I really know what I want to be doing in 10 years and your answer is ';well no'; then you should talk to your guy and see what his future plans include. I know a lot of people who have made it through College and then got married to their High School sweetheart and are still together, but I'm just saying do not decide your future before you get the chance to experience your new found freedom and College life. Do you know how many people you will meet in the course of 4 years? It sounds like you are a smart young lady if you are on the way to College then you have something to be proud of and I think in your heart you already know the answer to your own question.
If you can make them work, then great. But sometimes they don't work because you will be busy in college and you will have homework and also not a lot of time to study for tests. Sometimes people put their relationships on the back burner and then your significant other has found someone else or you have to. To make them successful you can call them and text. Also facebook or myspace. Study and do homework right away and then spend time with them. Set mini vacations where you both could go together and take pictures, hang them up in your dorm room and you will remember what you have 2 hours away from college. Good Luck!!!!! hope this helps!!
if your boyfriend really loves you he wont mind you goin to uni.
