How do you know if the answers and questions being asked are from people who really need advice?

Could people just be asking questions to see if someone will answer? What do you think? How do you know if the answers and questions being asked are from people who really need advice?
Sure some questions are placed here just to see if they can get a response, others are for really helping someone that has a problem and need advise on how to resolved it. I have seen many people that have been able to use the information provided to really help themselves with a problem. How do you know if the answers and questions being asked are from people who really need advice?
no not necessarily. we are in the internet age where just about everything can be found on the internet. but I would use this if I couldn't find it elsewhere.
Yes, there could be people who pose questions which are made up just for fun. There are a lot of answers given which are meaningless and do not help answer the questions (whether real or otherwise). I would say that the lure of 2 points for answering a question leads to answers being given without any real intention of helping others.

It would be very difficult to judge whether a particular question is really need-based, barring the obviously frivolous ones. One has to go by his judgment.
Are you just trying to see if I will answer? I'm not going to do tha- oh waaait, I see what you did there..
Some people want advice, others want a funny answer, others want to see if others know what they need.
