Whats some advice for people who are learning to scream like lacey from flyleaf?

haha. the tokio hotel guy with the big hair. thats bill kaulitz, if you (the question-pster) didnt know, but he doesnt scream. although he does have a voice coach.


voice coach sounds good to me...or if you know any famous rock stars who are willing to help you. but honestly, i doubt you do (although we all wish we did), so hiring a voice coach just for a few lessons is a good idea. but ask around for teachers who are willing to give you two or three trial lessons, and you can see whether its worth the time and money.

Find yourself a voice teacher. Screaming incorrectly can lead to serious health problems, including burst blood vessels in your throat, torn vocal chords, and polyps. Most singers who scream have had to see doctors and have voice coaches (example: Ryan from Envy on the Coast, the Tokio Hotel guy with the big hair)
