We have an idea on where we want to live but of course there is always pros and cons on moving there.
The pros about living where we live now (Comared to the pace we're looking at) is:
It has a bigger kitchen and living room.
It's right in the middle of town walking distance to the stores we normally shop at.
It's closer to my parents.
It's walking distance to my job.
It's only 250 a mth everything but electric included.
The cons about the place we live at now:
We have no yard it's just a parking lot outside.
It's on the second floor of an apt building.
It's an apt.
It only has one bedroom.
There is a lot of noise and annoying things that our neighbors do.
The pros for the place that we're looking into are:
There is a yard.
It has more than one bedroom.
It has a laundry and dryer hook up.
It goes by how much you make and could be cheaper than what we pay here.
Everything is included except for electric.
It's in walking distance of my job just a little bit further.
Only one neighbor around right next door to you.
It's almost like a townhouse.
The cons about the place we're looking at:
It has a smaller living room about half the size of what we have now.
We have to put our own rugs in.
The kitchen is smaller than what we have now but as much smaller than ours is now like the living room.
We live farther away from the stores but are still in walking distance.
Help should we look into the place? Does it seem better? I like the new place because it has more than one bedroom and it has a yard.
Our child is 5 and a half mths will be 6 mths on the 18th. Any advice from people who went through this would be great. Thanks in advance. Please don't give smart answers just give what you think and any experience that you have had.
Advice on moving from people who had somewhat the same experience?
Well to me it sounds like the new place is better. But you have to decide what will be better for your family. The 2nd room could be your childs room and the yard will give your child space to run around a little bit. Your still in walking distance to everything. Do you like to entertain and have people over? If so you might miss that kitchen and livingroom space and may want to stay where your at. I just think the new place give you all more room for your growing child. Good luckAdvice on moving from people who had somewhat the same experience?
