Why do these people call in the Hotel Inspector when they ignore her advice?

The lady tonight is particulary stubborn. bulldog chewing a wasp springs to mind. Maybe she needs to go on a customer service training course - what do you think??Why do these people call in the Hotel Inspector when they ignore her advice?
This is what I wonder about these programs, its the same on gordon ramsey. Im sure these people do it to just get on tv and make some easy money from publicity, instead of working hard to get their hotels to be successful.Why do these people call in the Hotel Inspector when they ignore her advice?
I wonder if people expect the inspector to turn up and say ';Wow, this place is great....don't change a thing!'; not ';have you ever thought of cleaning the rooms?';
You've got that right! In my experience, when people ask for ';advice'; - what they really want is for everyone to agree with them!
For the same reason as they call Gordon Ramsay in Kitchen Nightmares. They want to be on the telly!!
