I need some advice about jobs for people in my wedding party?

im getting married in the summer and i want to include everyone i can, reasonably. for example..i want ALL my girlfriends and female relatives to be my bridesmaids but thats just unreasonable as my fiance will only be having 6 (maybe 7) groomsmen. SO. i was wondering if anyone had any creative, warm, inclusive ways to have everyone i want invloved without offending anyone? like alternative important jobs and such. thxI need some advice about jobs for people in my wedding party?
The girls not in the wedding could always sing or play an instrument during the ceremony or read a verse from the bible. You could put one of them in charge of getting everyone organized. Like make sure everyone is where they need to be at the right time. You could also ask them to give a speech at the reception. The possiblities are endless!I need some advice about jobs for people in my wedding party?
At my cousins wedding she had one girl that was like a bridal assistant who helped out but wasn't a bridesmaid but her fiance was in the wedding party. She was in charge of helping girls with their dresses, keeping a stash of saftey pins, bobby pins, and other things on her if the bride needed it.

You can have one attend to the guest book to welcome people and make sure they sign.

One could pass out programs and help with seating

Are you having any readings? Perhaps you can ask someone to do a reading at the church.
Someone to coordinate events at the reception like cake cutting/garter toss/when the couple arrives/first dances/coordinating the band.

People to hand out programs at the ceremony and bubbles after the ceremony.

Bride's attendants. Get some of the girls to go to your dress appointment and learn how to tie the bussle (bustle?). That's a big thing that could take 1-3 people.

Someone to be there to get things you might have forgotten.
